How do I place and custom order?

You can place an order under Custom Order 

How long before my order ships?

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours.

All premade items will ship within 2-3 business days.

Custom Orders ship within 7-10 business days.

Orders only ship out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

If you order on Tuesday your order won't ship till Friday.

If I give the wrong measurements for my bracelets can I return for resizing?

Yes, there is a $25 fee for resizing fee, which includes shipping fee. Customer will be responsible for return shipping.

How often are new products updated?

We updated our website three times a week

How do I take care of my bracelets?

Under the care tab you will find info on how to properly take care of your bead bracelets. We also include a care card with your jewelry purchase.

Do you kids bracelets?

Custom orders only. I do advise kids under 7 shouldn't wear bracelets due to choking hazard.
