Tie On Waist Beads

High Quality Seed Beads 

Wrap waist beads around your belly where you want them to sit
Cut one end of string
Slide off excess beads into cup
Be sure to tie 3-5 knots
Make sure to not leave gaps in the waist beads which can cause pinching
